The southernmost of the seven rivers of Ossiriand, in which was the island of Tol Galen.

Notes

1	The name of this river came from the fact that midway along its course, it split into two streams to form a large river island, Tol Galen. The two arms of the river then rejoined as it flowed on to the meet the Gelion to the west.
